Have you ever wanted to try your favorite International dishes at home but just didn’t know how?

That’s where The Spice Lab comes in. I believe that anyone can prepare great food in their own kitchen without tons of fancy equipment. It just takes a little patience, balance, and an understanding of the flavors and textures you’re working with.

For years I’ve thrown dinner parties for friends who’ve said International food is a mystery to them. I’d  have them over, teach them how to make a few dishes, and watch their faces light up with surprise when they realized that those dishes they thought were impossibly complicated could be made quickly, easily and better than in their favorite restaurants.

It’s a fun laid back atmosphere where you can meet some new friends and learn a couple of great recipes. Sometimes I’ll show you how to make a dish and sometimes you’ll make it yourself. Along the way lots of tips, techniques and secrets will be shared. And the best part is, when we’re done cooking we’ll all sit down and enjoy a great meal!
