So you want to learn some great Authentic Tuscan Menus? The Spice Lab is the right
place to come. We offer seasonal, custom menus - many of which we can trace back
in our family to the mid 1800’s. As a family we’re involved in every aspect of Tuscan
Food production. We own our own olive grove, where we produce our own olive oil and
also grow most of our own fruits and vegetables (all heirloom and most organic).
Both my husband and I are trained chefs, who have worked extensively preparing Tuscan
food in both the public and private sector - including some of Florence’s most popular
restaurants. We know that a cooking class is about much more than just giving someone
a recipe and showing them how to make it. We believe learning to cook should be
FUN, hands one, share the culture of the food, teach you tips and techniques to take
a dish from ordinary to extrodinary, and finally give you the ability to take what
you’ve learned back home and make a great meal - in your own kitchen, bought with
ingredients available where you live - to enjoy with your friends and family.
We offer off classes at 3 locations. - transportation available for up to 6 guests-
10 euro additional fee for more than 6
